Outside terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy morning breakfasts or afternoon teas with a nice seating table overlooking the beach. For guests better comfort, a private swimming pool is all year available, with sun bath chais including a barbecue.

Villa interior is featured with large spaces decorated with high quality furniture and top finishings. An open area with sofas and TV and also the dinning table for 8 people with direct sea views.

Fully equiped kitchen with all utensils that you need to make yourself feel cooking at home.

All five bedrooms include king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Top standard bed linens and towels are available at the property.

There is a car park in the property for our guests.

Es la propiedad perfecta para estar con la familia. Grande, muy confortable y tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones completas. La localización esta muy bien. Play privada, barbacoa y piscina, lo mejor para estar unos días relajados después de un año difícil. El equipo se ha esforzado para cumplir con todo lo que solicitamos. También decir que Dubai es un destino tranquilo y nos hemos sentido seguros mismo con la pandemia.

Wonderful location, quiet and perfect for children! We had a really good impression since the beginning when the company gave full support before the check in. House was clean and had all we asked. We hired a cleaning lady to help during our stay and she was a very nice person. The rooms are large and comfortable and bathrooms were properly cleaned. We loved Dubai and hopefuly we can come back soon.

Excellente propriété, avec de beaux meubles et de l'espace. J'étais ici avec deux partenaires commerciaux et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre mais aussi travailler. La femme de ménage était sympathique et a beaucoup aidé à s'assurer que la villa était toujours propre. L'agence a bien pris soin de nous et nous revenons en janvier.

Buscamos una villa en Dubai pues estábamos antes en un hotel y queríamos aprovechar más tiempo. Fue la primera vez que nuestra familia alquilo una propiedad. El equipo nos ha asistido en todo. La villa es super confortable, tiene de todo y estaba muy limpia cuando entramos. Nos sentimos en casa y todos lo han pasado muy bien.

The villa is perfect for a large family. Rooms are comfortable and the external area is great for kids, including the quiet beach just in front of the house. During our stay we had a cleaning lady and cooker who helped us. Both were really nice people. All the services we requested were provided by the company, that also helped with transfers to airport. Very good service. My parents decided to extend the stay 4 more days because they liked the place.

Lovely holiday with friends. We stayed 6 nights in this very nice property and the staff team did everything to make ourselves comfortable. Definately a place we will come back and recommend to our friends and family. From the first contact to book the villa till our check out the service was outstanding.
