Unit is part of a community of apartments with shared pool and garden.
Fourth floor with elevator.
WIFI is available for an extra cost / Optional covered parking space for one car (30 €/week) / Optional air conditioner and heating (30 €/week).
We do not allow groups of youth people and parties in this unit / Pets under previous request and with extra cost.
Towels and bed linens are extra.
